Cascade + Restricted Delete Action in Table D365 F and O

CascadeRestricated - if you delete from table or interface it works like restricted and if you delete through code it will work like cascade. We use this when we don't want to give direct delete right from parent to end user but developers can delete forcefully from backed through code.
